1. Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
* Wrong item delivered
* Missing quantity
* Dead on arrival (DOA) product
* Physically damaged item received
Returns are not accepted for:
* Change of mind
* Improper handling or installation
* Burnt/damaged products due to misuse
* Compatibility issues caused by incorrect buyer selection
* Used or modified products
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for:
* Wrong item claims
* Missing item claims
* Transit damage claims
The video must clearly show:
* Sealed package
* Shipping label
* Full unboxing process
* Product condition
Claims without proper unboxing video may be rejected.
3. Claim Time
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with:
* Order number
* Photos/videos
* Description of issue
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer:
* Replacement
* Store credit
* Partial/full refund
at our discretion after inspection and verification.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error is caused by us.
7. Lithium Battery Safety
Lithium batteries and related products must be used with proper chargers, BMS, and safety
precautions.
We are not responsible for damages caused by:
* Overcharging
* Short circuits
* Improper usage
* Reverse polarity
* Unsafe installation
